experiences with live bait at narrabeen lake?

Catch them in many places in the lake. I would recommend using them at the woolies bridge on the run out tide. Mainly flatties, bream and the odd school jew there.. night fishing here produces some big flatties... some in excess of a meter every now and again! :biggrin2:

Im hoping to catch a jew ! but still be alot of fun catching a flattie ! Was thinking the woolies side but saw some construction goin on there and probably wont be able to get through at night. might try the other side

Yeah generally both sides fish similarly. Jews aren't very common in the lake but your best bet is a high tide after dark a few days either side of the new moon..
