Pittwater Saturday

Hi raiders, looking to head out to pittwater on Saturday early for a fish. Will be putting the tinny in at sand point. Looking for some advice on areas that are fishing well, what baits 2 use and what species are around. I'm thinking of getting some nippers for bait at church point before I put the boat in??

Whiting aren't really biting yet so nippers can wait for a while. Prawns will out fish them this time of year, well for me at least... Focus around West Head (Tailor, Salmon, Bream, Trevally, snapper and yakkas), stokes point (tailor, salmon, bream, flathead and jews) and maybe even Taylors point for flathead and tailor. Burley a bit and grab a few yakkas to see if a big lizard, jew or early king want it.
