Robofish Posted September 22, 2012 Posted September 22, 2012 Hey Raiders, I really rate fresh dead and live mullet for bait and I put a post on a while ago asking for advice on how to catch Narrabeen mullet. A couple of raiders pointed me in the right direction and first trip I easily caught enough using bread and bread burley - also catching small luderick and bream along the way. I have been back a few times since for donuts! What is the trick - is it just walking round until you spot them - do they move around a lot? First place I fished when i caught loads was by the woolworths bridge. Any advice would be appreciated Dave Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
rjc123 Posted September 23, 2012 Posted September 23, 2012 What i do is set my trap (less than a foot of water) and fish about 15m away using a small hook, tiny float and bread for bait. Check your trap after 10 minutes or so and then if nothing move on. If you burley you'll find them eventually! Tom
