Geelong fishing at xmas

I am just wondering if anyone has any info on rules and regs, bag limits in Corio Bay Geelong?

I am heading down there at xmas and dragging the boat with me..I will be doing all the "talk to a local " stuff but just want to make sure about the safety gear..

Any info and or links that might help would be great.. I hope you all have a great xmas and a safe new year
