Canary05 Posted December 3, 2012 Posted December 3, 2012 I'm looking to head up to Crowdy Head for a few days in the next couple of weeks. I'll head offshore if weather permits. Any tips from fellow raiders, I've not been in the area before.

Canary05 Posted December 4, 2012 Author Posted December 4, 2012 what are you fishing for crowdy is one off my fav spots cheers gary I'll have a few days to try things out. Definitely want to hit some snapper, pearls, kings. If there's something I should definitely chase (ie pelagics) then I'm happy to hear about it.

GaryO Posted December 6, 2012 Posted December 6, 2012 Yep everything Brickman said, particulary about the bommy near the boat harbour entry. At times it can break right across the entrance so head in slowly and if its breaking pick a safe time between sets to head in. Theres plenty of parking as well. Enjoy your trip and keep us posted
