We will be doing our first marlin charter for the season tomorrow out of Sydney & are in high hopes that we can find a beakie up to the north around the baitstation.

For those of you thinking of venturing out tomorrow there is a good chance of some small yellowfin & albacore down on the southern canyons or a marlin to the north just over the back of the baitstation. The 12 mile is covered with leather jackets & there are heaps of small kings up at Long Reef which are great fun on light gear.

The weather for the weekend looks pretty ordinary so lets hope tomorrow fishes well. Good luck if you get out & let us know how you go!

Cheers

Gday Damo.

Just had my boat finished the other day. Will be taking it out late for a shakedown cruise so might give you a call. Have you got HF radio onboard?

So how did you go guys?

Itchin to know the results.

Sorry for the late report had to head down the coast & had no computer.

Friday was a glamour on the water & there were 1000's of small kings up to 70cm in close & after catching them one after another we headed north to the shelf & found the band of water we were looking for with temps of 21.6 but unfortunately no birds or bait hence the lack of marlin. If I was heading back out tomorrow I would fish in 50-60 fathoms a there was heaps of bait & birds in this area on our way in.

Didn't hear anything caught but it won't be long. We will be back out both days next weekend.

Cheers
