Novicefisherman Posted December 12, 2012 Posted December 12, 2012 Hi guys, Just a quick one. Any sujestions for some where to grab a few squid on saturady morning? Cheers Stu Spit bridge but i haven't fished for squid there in a long long time.
Jewhunter Posted December 12, 2012 Posted December 12, 2012 Both sides & the front of Balmoral Island. Big tide Saturday morning should be perfect. Cheers, Grant.
pomey_git Posted December 12, 2012 Author Posted December 12, 2012 Magic. I'll head up there and have a flick. Cheers for that guys. Any colours working well at the moment?
jimpee Posted December 12, 2012 Posted December 12, 2012 Different days different colours. My usual go to colour is bright pink If that doesn't work then I use a more natural colour.
Robofish Posted December 12, 2012 Posted December 12, 2012 My go to colours are pink or orange Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
pomey_git Posted December 13, 2012 Author Posted December 13, 2012 Magic. Brighter is better? I'll test the fluro pink then give a nice pilchard look alike a try. Thanks again guys. This website always comes up trumps

joseph2593 Posted December 14, 2012 Posted December 14, 2012 can you get squid up by roseville ? or is that too far up ? I remember reading a report about a week ago where someone said that squid were near Roseville bridge chasing their lures or baits. Won't hurt to try tho
