Cheer's Al Most reef fish love cunji, You will catch many a fish with it around where you found it however I am not sure if flatties and bream go for it but I can't see why not, they both like meat. As for storing I wouldn't, the general rule of thumb is just take what you need for immediate use and leave the rest for a later date.

Caught a bream on cunji today...they love it as do the drummer near the reef (thought that was odd) and anything else with there. I fished constantly at Sandon Point and use cunji and prawn and I would say cunji gets the most hits by far..You dont need to store it...I just take what I need and leave it...if you take it to another location the fish there may not be as fond of it (unless you are at another reef). Better to just cut off what you need as you need it. Edited January 5, 2013 by elferoz777

Besides fresh is always best, frozen products are always found wanting unless it is something loved by all like stripey tuna. Just my personal opinion of course you are allowed to take a bag limit of 20 so do with them what you will. Luc.
tyse01
You can always salt it down and store it in a tightly sealed container. Its not as good as fresh but still does the job.
