Day's Fishin
Mullet don't seem to worry about all the mud in the river at the moment. Good fish bait but better crab bait. The kids would have loved catching them. Regards Jeff

Kingfish1999
I live on river road next to the Nepean river and find under the free way bridge on the boat ramp side good for mullet with a float with about 50cm above a size 8 or 10 hook. Also the warf which is opposite the boat ramp with produce a lot of herring and mullet.
ryno_popey
Awesome catch mate, im tempted to go have a go now. Not sure what i will get though due to the fast current and cold muddy water. funnierthanu
Got them on bread under a float , all sea mullet or bully mullet , you can only catch them in summer in freshwater , they go to sea to spawn around april ( the mullet run ) and dont return till october , during this time they dont feed on anything except planton thats why you cant catch them in salt water .
