Sydney landbased

Hi all even though I have a boat I am goin to do some land based fishing in the arvo on sat day or sunday because of cricket both days. I was thinking goin to yarra bay never fished in botany before but I thought maybe I could get a couple of flaties for dinner. But any other land based spots in middle harbour, sydney harbour or botany. Any advice with be great about rigs sp and bait.
