thinking of hiring a boat tomorrow out on pittwater and just wondering are there any places in paticular where the fish are biting. happy to target anything preferabley big kingies but all is good and what sort of bait

Around west head is good, around lion island is good and just around from west head at the start of the Hawkesbury is Juno point could do a bit of research about that and give that a crack.

hi thanks for the info but with the boat we are not allowed to take it out past west head

so any areas will have to be within pittwater

Try drifting live baits amongst the moored boats.

Towlers bay. Side closer to scotland island. Always has whitebait bustups and at the dropoff had a big kingie follow my metal up on sunday.

weed beds in front of palm beach for squid then drift them in the morrings. pulled up soild 92cm kingy there a few weeks back on that technique.
