Winter fishing at Windang

Hi everyone, first post on this forum after being a long time lurker, seems to be a wealth of knowledge here.

I'm heading down to Windang over the June long weekend, the plan is to drag the boat down and have a fish around the Windang inlet and offshore weather permitting.

I've never fished in the winter, so does anyone have any hunches on which species are about in the Illawarra area? Also as far as offshore goes are there any reefs just off Windang Island? I've also about Snapper off Bellambi? Does anyone know the location of the reef?
