Robroy
Hi guys,Just a wee bit off topic:My Son Robbie Reoch was born with Cystic Fibrosis and in 2008 had a terrible accident and is now a Quadriplegic, Doctors tell us they do don't know of any other kid anywhere with both life threatening conditions.Robbie has been granted a wish by the Make A Wish foundation his wish and was to have a meet and greet with the players and manager etc of Manchester United, he is their # 1 fan.As they are coming to Sydney Australia where we live in a couple of weeks we thought they could make it happen (Robbie cant travel all the way to the UK due to logistical reasons).I have just received the sad news that it they don't think it will happen. Can anyone please help us make Robbie's wish come true we probably will never get this opportunity again. Regards Bob Edited July 31, 2013 by Robroy

Scratchie
Sorry to hear of your troubles. I think that is very poor on behalf of soccer Australia not to assist you. Have you tried contacting David gallop directly? Or maybe a tv station and explain your plight? I really really hope someone can help. Cheers scratchie!!! Thanks Scratchie, We have posted of Facebook and Twitter including TV, Radio stations, MP's and newspapers and David Gallop (my son went to school with his son heres hoping). Just a wee intro to my son below: Last September Robbie entered the Black mores Family fun run for Spinal Cord Injuries Australia, he completed the 4km in his manual wheelchair and raised over $20K, and in October we had a dinner called Rebels with a Cause and raised a further $54k giving a grand total of $74,000 which was enough to pay for the RT600 step and stand machine outright. All the clients at Walk On Sydney can now have the benefit of this fantastic piece of equipment. Follow this link below as channel 9 did a short story on Robbie and his team Robbie's Rebels in this clip you can see him on the machine he raised the money for: http://video.au.msn.com/watch/video/robbie/x9cqbek Regards Bob & Robbie
