bandit
Hey Guys, I've been following these reports for a while and though I would write my own post so here goes... Through all of the helpful tips and trusty insights to the secret world of the elusive snapper we headed off down south with one thing in mind, SNAPPER ON PLASTICS. Finally got down there and it couldn't of been better, sun was shining, perfect wind which created the perfect current. I threw my first cast, what a shocker got my mate in the back of the ear, so out came the pliers, second wasn't much better, snapped the rod on the rocket launcher, Lucky I bought a back up, my 30lb setup. Third cast was the lucky cast, as the plastic was sinking to the bottom I knew I was in luck, SMASH, the line was ripped out of my hands, zzzzzzzzz im on, its going to be good, could feel the weight in it. 5 min later I could see colour, then back down it goes with the head shakes and all, after a good fight I landed him, hi-5's all round. I could now rest, and open a beer, I had my all time catch and could head home. I wouldn't of been able to do it with the dedicated members of this site so thank you, I will keep following you all to get another PB Cheers

Linc
Well done mate. But if you cause that much damage with plastic, I'd suggest not to try deep sea jigging any time soon
