cameldownunder
I did download an "updated" map of NSW maritime's website, and found out that where the 4 Knots zone ends, to the south east of the spit, there is a second 8 Knot zone from clontarf point to well south of Chinaman's beach. This did really surprise me, and good it wasn't an NSW maritime to surprise me with that. Next time I checl if there are any signs on the west side / chinamans beach side. I think not many people know, as almost all the boats speed up to plane just after the end of the 4 Knot zone.
