Hi raiders. Got a call from my mate baz friday if I wanna go fishing sat. How can I refuse d offer? Fishing is all I think all day everyday. Just cant get enough.

Anyway got to d ramp n it was packed. Took us around 30mins to hit d water. Decided to troll on d way out n managed to land 1 tailor. Got hit half a dozen times. Got to our 1st spot n on my first drop hooked a 33cm snapper. High fives all round. The current was getting stronger n were having trouble hitting bottom. Decided to move to another spot in 40m deep near maroubra. Not much happening n drifted for 3hrs. One of my mate got seasick so we decided to troll around. We saw some birds activity around 3kms off the heads so we decided to check it out. Trolled around d birds for a while but no takers so we decided to head back in. We hooked a tailor on d way in but my mate dropped it on d side of d boat. We also managed to hook one of d markers n my mate lost his rapala cd7. His fav lure that caught hundreds if not thousands of pelagic.

Decided to anchor up near molli pt. The wind was blowing hard n there was no boat in d area. Started to burley with bread n caught plenty of monster yakkas. Dropped two tailor on d side of the boat n caught 1 rat kingy. Decided to pack up around 530pm.

Well done on getting out there and catching some mate. I saw a few rats caught in the morning, nothing big though.

mol point has been producing fish the last few months my mates took a happy snap yesterday of their 65cm jewie

Thanks krispy...yeah plenty of rats atm...hopefully we can hook on some hoodlums soon...
