Some land based fishing spots

Going fishing tomorrow with my old man.

We are tired of beach spots and are looking for a feed off a wharf or other land based spots. Rocks are not what we really want, I am from cecil hills looking for bream, flat head and whiting if we can.

Wondering also about bundeena wharf or straight off that beach if we feel like it what do you catch there ?

Where can you get yabby pumps ? I have never learnt to use them. Yes we decided to fish off the beach at bundeena bay or beach what ever it is, and what other baits (since i dont own a yabby pump,) are good we were taking pilchards and worms for bundeena beach but if there is other good bait let me know. Can you get yabbies with a pump ?

kmart or any good tackle shop bloodworms are also a great bait there are plenty off whiting were you pump nippers that would be inside the beach on the sand flats pump the nipper near the walk bridge on the edge off the creek move around till you find a good patch you should get two nippers per hole even pump in the water just look for two small holes good luck cheers gary

Suggestion... Maybe rent a tinny and get out amongst It.

One day I had a mate with me in the tinny and we pulled up outside Clifton gardens and he says to me "what's the point if a boat if you're just gonna pull here, we can just come here landbased" the point is I can visit 5-6 of these landbased spots in the one day.

What ever you do, have burley with you.
