Yowie
Pumped some nippers and took a mate out for a fish, drifting the sand flats. My catch is in the photo, my mate took home 3 bream and 2 whiting that are not in the photo as I dropped him off at a wharf before I headed for home. 2 of those bream were a bit bigger than what is in the photo. Ended up throwing back legal bream, as we had enough of them, especially when we found a patch of whiting. My mate is a keen fisho, usually does not catch much, but today he was rather happy. rigga
i fished the hacking yesterday for just a few legal flatheads that we threw back, not trying to steal spots but where is it more productive to fish, towards the heads or inland?
Yowie
Rigga, The sand flats along the main channel and around Lilli Pilli. Have not tried there lately, but with the clear water at present, I would guess the sand flats around Grays Point and up to Audley, also South West Arm.
