Harbour blackfishing trip

Went blackfishing with Stewie & Pete(Tide'n Knots) on Sat morning.

Arrived about 7.30 and Pete was already there fishing with his frozen weed,and he hadn't had a bite.

We only gave him a little bit of stick over that as i unwrapped a bag of fresh weed & cabbage,I'd collected the previous day.

Pete's eyes lit up as he grabbed some fresh weed as Stewie and I set up and made a berly mix.

"Just got a down", yelled Pete. That was all it needed for Stewie to hit the water,and with his first cast proceeded to land a nice blackfish.(Freak)

"1- Nil"was the call.

From then on it was just a great day of mates joking and hanging shit on each other.

We finished fishing at about 2.30pm with about 30 fish taken.

Pete and I took a few each for a feed,and gave a couple away to a bloke we've met there before,

All the others & the bigger ones were released.

Good day out guys swano did well too find some weed its getting scarce at the moment

I am not sure where the oranges came from but I am not surprised something was being erected with Stewy around hehehe. He is a silver tongued devil that one.
