locodave
Hi everyone, Have just been doing a bit of research but I don't know this area too well about NMEA2000. From what I gather, Lowrance have some digital gauges very similar to the i-Command gauges used on the etec. To hook them up I believe you need to have NMEA 2000. So if your outboard carries NMEA 2000 networking technology, you should be able to connect to these Lowrance gauges correct? oz_brett
Yes correct if both the motor & sounder / GPS are NMEA 2000 compatible they can be connected giving all the detail on your screen. Ive never connected or even seen one working so I dont know whats involved no doubt there will be some unit worth $X. Brett
