Bream at the Spit Bridge

HI Raiders ..

Went to try and catch some Kings this morning of near the Spit Bridge but nothing was taking our lines because the boats infront of us were pulling up kings none were taking our lines ..

So change to light gear and try to get some breams because they were just swimming infront of us waiting to get hooked ..

Riged a float and after 3 cast strike the 44cm Bream my PB ever, my reel screamd like no tomrrow and a good thing a just bought a net because as soon i picked the fish up the line snapd and again my Knots failed me .. then riged up again then strike the 38cm Bream, hooked 6 in total all legal but release 4 to fight another day only kept 2 ..

Question are are thier any bigger breams like this anywere else because their a beast fisghter ..????

Last year i caught a 45cm bream down near fig tree bridge put up a great fight. so there must be a few around. Great effort for those couple.. Well done
