Camo1808
Hey I know this probably sounds lame and disappointing but I have never been beach fishing before. I am going tomorrow for the first time and I know to fish gutters. All I hear is gutter. What is a gutter and how do I spot one. Appreciate guys. night_rider
Just wanted to thank Manny and the blokes in the other post for the gutter finding help! I'm still learning, but I've found the days I have located the channel / gutter have been productive and the days I was unsure were sponsored by Donut King.... Camo, did you have any luck over the weekend? This topic would be good if we could add more photos with formations highlighted and stickied as a guide... Camo1808
Nah no luck at all. Went out north entrance and was flat as glass. So surface breaks and couldn't really spot any gutters ;( haha still struggling
Paikea
In flat water look for colour changes, the darker the water the deeper that it usually is. Cheers Paikea
