Ryder
Welcome back fisherman. That lure will still catch more, but I can understand you keeping it. But I would keep it on the boat for those times it's called for. Edited July 16, 2014 by Ryder
lostproperty
I've got a mack bait that has seen better days, every now and then I need to give it a "tune" so it swims straight, but still pulls in bonnies most sessions! Love a good old lure, change the hooks and keep using it I say !
sydangler
Mount it. I've been meaning to start mounting some old lure like that but always end up loosing them just before retirememt If I crack my first big tuna this year that lure will be retired and mounted that day. Guest no one
I once caught a 9lb rainbow trout in South Africa on a nymph fly, the fish was mounted on the wall in the lodge with the fly also mounted next to it. In other words... Mount it when you catch a monster on it to mount next to it! The fish is the trophy, not the tool you bought to catch it! Sydneyfisher12
Hey mate, it is possible to use these lures off the beach? or not worth it? thanks! I think it would be too light it's designed for trolling or chucking at snags Just use a metal lure
