Sydneyfisher12 Posted November 9, 2014 Share Posted November 9, 2014 (edited) G'day raiders Today me Gianni and my dad headed out on the harbour We got to Drummoyne at 8:30am and headed out We stopped at goat island and tried for some kings but got none We found a bust up near fort Denison and Gianni quickly hooked up on a 3inch soft plastic I cast my bubble float and fly in and hooked up too it was a double hook up we landed both and they went 50cm We chased the bust up for a bit and it was really hard in the wind but I eventually hooked up to a nice 57cm salmon we kept that one for a feed We decided to move and get out of the wind so we headed for watsons on the way we spotted and bust up and I we got another fish on plastics it went 52cm and Gianni hooked a monster fish on the fly and float but it snapped the 6lb leader We anchored up in watsons but only caught rubbish fish like yakkas, pinkies and small founder. We moved around abit and tried for squid but we got none only more yakkas so we headed home.
