Port Stephens 21 to 28 Feb 2015 I have the boat need a mate

G' Day Raiders,

My name is Greg, I fish in Sydney Harbour and have done from my boat for almost 11 yrs now. I only target Kings and Jew, I am heading up to fingal Bay (Port Stephens) for a week from the 21 to 28 Feb 2015.

I will be by myself and am happy to take someone out in the boat with me when I go fishing. I have fished the bay before without much success, (Wreck in Salamander Bay) so if you have an knowledge of the area and are stuck for a ride I will happly give you a seat onboard.

Boat: Brooker 410 Fisherman with 30 hp Mercury. (perfect for 2 people).

I have not headed out passed the heads in Nelson bay as I am not sure if it would be safe in a boat this size, however I regularly go out of Sydney Heads and fish the inner reefs and wrecks and up the northern beaches such as long reef.

If you are in the area at that time or are a local who would like to come out let me know. I will supply all tackle including rods and reels. (Shimano Tyrnos 16 on Diawa Saltist Demon Blood & Baitrunner 4500 on Silstar Crystal Power tip) I have 2 of both these set ups.

I will not ask nor accept any money for petrol or any thing alike, all I would ask is.

A reliable spot to catch yakas for live Bait and 2 spots which will give me the opportunity to catch some kings in the bay or a jew.
