Scratchie Posted April 23, 2015 Posted April 23, 2015 G'day raiders, So, after getting a few lures I didn't need this morning, I sorted a few things for work and thought of take the kids to corlette and wet a line as they have no school due to power outage. It was high tide so no chance of pumping nippers, so I drop into my local bottle'o to get some prawns. The manager tells me I can have what I want as they lost power to and need to get rid of them. Well, having cleaned my bait freezer yesterday and the power returned, I said I'd take the lot if he didn't want them...... Sweet, enough bait, if not berley for the rest of the year! Cheers scratchie!!!
Scratchie Posted April 23, 2015 Author Posted April 23, 2015 wow! Nice one! How was the fishing though.. ? 4 whiting 2 flatty all returned. Water was very tannin and they were hesitant to bite.
