Fab1 Posted May 5, 2015 Posted May 5, 2015 (edited) Went into the local $2 shop today to have a look for some storage for my gear as I'm getting sick of rummaging through my large tacklebox on my boat every time I need a hook or swivel. The 4 boxes were a whooping $16. Anybody with a small boat knows how space is at a premium, especially when you have a small boat and it's a runabout. Its a good little way to sort your tackle for those of you on a budget. Just be careful putting plastics out of there packaging in them as I'm not sure that they'll be worm proof. Cheers. Geoff Posted May 10, 2015 Posted May 10, 2015 I have something similar , purchased from a large hardware store for $8 + a couple of smaller partioned boxes for the hooks etc. Much cheaper than the expensive boxes from a tackle store that do the same thing Geoff

antonywardle Posted May 11, 2015 Posted May 11, 2015 (edited) Thats a great idea I went and had a look at my local $2 shop, but mine must be a bit more upmarket, because the cheapest i could see that would be useful was $16 I'll have a look at some others but I'm liking this idea Edited May 11, 2015 by antonywardle
Geoff Posted May 11, 2015 Posted May 11, 2015 try the two big hardware stores in the tool box section , i found the boxes from "M" were the best
