Guest hawkesbass
Went out on the georges river again today. Third cast got my first jew around the 400mm mark. A few casts later got his slightly bigger brother measuring 580mm. Swapped plastics and after ten odd fruitless casts pull up tight on a bream going 350mm. Got a snag and re rigged with a lighter jighead and nailed a trevally on the drop going 360mm. As the tide picked up i got a snag and as i got the plastic free felt the line tighten and struck on a luderick going 230mm. Headed off after throwing a vibe around for a bit. michael2203
That's an awesome day's fishing mate. I went out on the George's myself this morning for a quick flick and got a doughnut. I'm still rather skeptical that the things work (I never have a problem with bait). If you're free one Sat or Sund arvo I'd love the opportunity to tag along and learn a few things. Just send me a PM. Cheers Hodgo

Scratchie
Well done trev!!! It just goes to show that jewfish are creatures of habit and will often show up in the same place at similar tides! Something in that for all you guys chasing Jews! Great work Cheers scratchie!!!
