It's only a reminder, but consider this my little way of saying thanks; Eat at least two meals of oily fish or seafood a week, barring allergies. Yowie Posted August 7, 2015 Share Posted August 7, 2015 I have enough trouble getting my wife to eat 1 meal per week !!! It's why I only fish once a week.
