Tag117
I find that a whole pilly on ganged 3/0s works great, no weight unless in really rough surf
Lutha
Interested to hear how no weight goes, doesn't the pilly get washed in? Or is that the point? Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk
NaClH2OK9
Where and how are you wanting to fish for them? I normally spin from boat or rocks for those species.
Krispy !
every session in the past few weeks ive been getting atleast 2 salmon just fishing cubed pilchards unweighted on light gear. My rig is the simplest you can ever fish. I tie my braid to flurocarbon with an Albright knot and then 1.5-2m of trace to a size 4 baitholder hook. this rig is good for inside estuaries but if youre going off the rocks or off the beach then what mentioned above works really well Edited August 19, 2015 by Krispy !
