Sydney heads offshore reef Sunday morning

Headed out 5am this morning. We started off fishing for livies, particularly slimies. No slimies but after 3 attempts we maxed out on yakkas at the artificial reef.

First stop was a popular offshore spot. I counted 51 boats, it was busy. We did a lot of drifts but got nothing.

On the way back we hit some inshore reefs, happy to drag up a half dozen flatties and my first leatherjacket. Great day on the water. Weather was near perfect ?

Sorry to hear mate ... I had a few mates hit Longreef today from 6 till after midday for Zero as well . Hard going everywhere at the moment ....
