dirty water hawkesbury

Thinking of having a few days up the river and just wondering if anyone is up at Refuge Bay or in

Cowan Creek atm and can let me know if the water has started to clear yet. I know its ok for fishing but itd be nice to have a swim as well!

Apparently bream still pretty active in the hawkes. I think I find the dirtier water easy to hunt in as they can't be seen by bait fish as day. It's all about the vibration and colour your putting out lure wise or the smell of the bait.

We were up there on Sunday, Water was very murky still, could not see my feet in just under 1mtr,

Still bagged two Flathead @ 40cm, 45cm Jew (My 9yrs daughters first ever jew and 3rd ever fish) and undersized bream and a ray.
