Fishfinder help

Hi guys and girls,

I'm looking at purchasing a new sounder for my refurbished tinny I have just completed somewhere in the $650-1000 range, will be using it to mainly target Jew on the drift in the harbour and Hawkesbury river. I want something compatible with sidescan imaging however I'm am just unsure which brand to go with.

Any help would be appreciated thanks.

Hey Busted, not sure what works in that boat size but we use Raymarine and they work a treat.

The new lowrance ti range is hard to beat.

I think the 5 series Ti is about 850ish? Sidescan, downscan, inside-out scan the whole lot.
