finin
Coming back in this morning i noticed something new. Along inner Nth Head. A huge collapse of the cliff. The amount of rock down is quiet insane and if you have a look you can see where two huge square blocks of sandstone have slipped from their fissure. I do hope someone from over the north side can get a photo from the top to show the scale forward of the face. Would of hated to be under it! Greyfox
Wow that is mad, but when you think about it every hill or mountain will fall down at some stage. Great pictures

fragmeister
Yes, Noticed this to but I saw the DPI picture somewhere before I went out so I knew it was there, Biggest surprise to me was although the broken rock was light coloured the wall behind where it fell off was dark and weathered.... obvioulsy that vertical crack was there for a very long time before the section fell off. fragmeister
It just makes you wonder how safe is fishing from the clifts? Yes, that has occurred to me and many a time I have stood in similar places and notices cracks along the line of the rock face.
