Reel' em in
Hi Guys after all this bad weather we've been having over the past week I was itching to go for a fish and yesterday was the day, we started off a bit late about 9:30am to be exact but the high was at about 10:30am so it was ok, I had bought some trolling lures over the weekend and decided to give them a go, the water was very brown from all the rain so I wasn't expecting much but after about 5mins of trolling we were on to a nice Salmon, we then continued trolling for the next hour but not much happening so we headed outside to bottom bash and managed a couple of flathead a flounder and one squid with plenty of throwbacks, the wind started to pick up and so did the swell so after watching a quick show from some passing Whales we headed back in and started trolling again with the tailor on the bit, we bagged 6 nice tailor all between the 40cm to 50cm mark and headed home for the day.
