Metal slices for tailor

Hi people,

Just wondering how to jig/reel in a metal/chrome slice for tailor. Going jewie fishing and it would be nice to have a back-up bait.

Chuck it out and wind it back at a medium pace- most important thing is to match the size of bait in the area but generally tailor are not that fussy

mate tailor will eat pratically anything

if going for the smaller ones i will usually chuck on a 5-10g metal on

if going for the bigger ones i tie on a 25-40g matal on

i usually reel a metal at a fairly fast pace on the surface

wind it in just below the surface a 5-10g is all u will need

Cast out and reel in at a constant pace. Speed depends on the bait and day. Fast, slow or medium. Experiment and find what works.
