Drum Traps, legal or illegal?

So am i allowed to use my wire drum trap too catch bait or my plastic drum trap. some states are different and 

i was curious about the laws in NSW. Thanks guys good luck and happy fishing.

all good if its only plastic brother or the cast nets a no go unfortunately , i use the big plastic drums from an old water cooler to catch bigger mullet live baits i find a juice bottle only gets the fingerlings
