Towlersbay boy
With Snapper season just around the corner I bet a few Raiders are going to run into the hard fighting Sergeant Baker haha. I think the record of 1.59KG is far to low & one of us should do better. I put the challenge to you. Check out the IGFA world record below. http://wrec.igfa.org/WRecordsList.aspx?lc=Species&cn=Sergeant Baker
New Signing
Firstly im concerned that the IGFA grant world records for sarge. Secondly im not going to say ive beaten that but ive caught plenty that would be over the kg mark

FR record is

GoingFishing
i keep bakers as strip bait when drifting for flatties. I dont find that snapper like them at all i imagine that record is pretty easy to beat but no one really values having a record for baker hahaha

Jiggy
As I am one of the greatest SB fishers in the Sydney area I'll see if I can smash the record over the next few months. Cheers Rob
New Signing
I still think of all the places i fish, Ulladulla holds the greatest concentration of XXXXOS sarge on the south coast
Towlersbay boy
Had one take a live bait while fishing for kings off Manly. Thing would have gone at least 70cm. Big red majestic beast must have taken over 12cm of drag !
