Chasing Mulloway Landbased

Hey everyone, lately i have had the jewfish bug, and want to go fishing outside sydney. 

Thinking of heading down south to Shoalhaven river, is there any places there to start landbased as i have never fished down that way? 

Or any suuroding areas worth fishing landbased for a chance of a mulloway? Im going to be fishing estuary system also would it be better to go up north? Anything with around 2hour or so drive south or north of sydney im keen for.

Mind you i will be fishing lures, thanks in advance!
