Berleyguts
I remember them! I might still have one somewhere. But I can’t remember the name, sorry. I still have a heap of Mister Twister tails and a few heads. Hardly ever use them though. But they sure did work back in the day.
savit
'fish head dude' and 'luck e strike scrounger' jig heads have bibs. However I doubt that they are old models

Mister Twisters nailed a lot of flathead. My favourites were orange or chartreuse double tails. Those tails wiggled like a hula dancer on speed. From memory we seemed to work them faster than the current varieties of soft plastics. I might just have to give them a try again! 1

The lip on the Scrounger head allowed the jig to work down deep and scuff sand up as you flicked it along the bottom.

Those double tails looked weird in the water but man, they caught some fish. I've still got a few in the back of the drawer.
Green Hornet
I used to use these things called Wigglefins, they were cup shaped and 10mm diameter. Just threaded them onto your leader before tying on a jighead. They gave the plastic a real nice action on a slow roll.
