Narrabeen Beach Sunday 3/12

G'Day Raiders,

just wanted to let you know there's no a lot happening off the beach ATM.

Went down to Narrabeen (at the bottom of Wellington St.) @ dawn this morning, tide coming in, nice gutter, BUT no white water due to the offshore breeze killing the surf.

Used worms on ultralight gear (4lb line) for one dart.

On the beach rod had very lightly weighted pillies.

Pillies got bitten in half a coupla times, but that was about it. Gave up at 10:00.

Something's gotta happen soon, I must be due a big sesh...

Apart from that, beautiful morning, pleasant views...

Hi Neil,

I reckon we should see the Northern beaches start to fire up again late Jan, into February. Many reports I have read put it down to yucky water temps at the moment which have seen the beaches shut down so far.

I'm giving the beaches a miss until after Chrissy...
