Cowan hairtail night out

Hey all, 

Wonderful night out on the water tonight. Just sitting near the entrance to Jerusalem. 

So far though, no sign of anything. 

Would love to know if anyone else is having better luck!

Yes apparently, haven't tried it myself but plenty of people chase them.
