M1100S
So with the current boat and my future boat just started to master the driving on and using the boat catch they come with, but as most my fishing is always done solo sometimes i fluff the distance from the pontoon and don't want to take the jump off the side gunnel so have to crawl over the front, throw a leg over the boar rail onto the port or which and carefully haul myself down. So am thinking i need to put a small step or a platform onto the trailer post to give me something sturdy and surefooted as i get off. anyone done this on their boat... or any ideas what best way to do it is? saw the following but i will have to fold the front drawbar on new boat for storage so wont work i think oh and new boat is a Stabi 2050 Supercab .... due april 2021 Edited November 5, 2020 by M1100S
Fun2fish
When I got my new trailer I asked about steps they told me to just use the spare wheel which is attached to winch post works fine
61 crusher
Maybe a couple of bracket supports, one on the winch post & one on drawbar with removable ladder when towing
frankS
I have a couple of alloy extendable ladders which I have thought of converting to boat ladders. The ones I have are 13 feet long when extended but just the first 4 rungs would be suitable and when not in use fold down to about a foot.
