Drove down to Cobargo on Sunday, took new Watersnake electric motor down for 13 foot tinnie.
Fished Bermi harbor for 3 hours on Monday and not a keeper to be found. Small around 25cm Trevally plagued us and we got sick of them and retired after 3 hours. Wind got up too bad for rest of the trip.
The Watersnake performed well and am very pleased with it.

Hi Frank. Shame about the fishing, but great little rig.

I used to own a similar setup, but a 3.0 metre tinny suited me as I could easily load/unload by myself and wasn't restricted to boat ramps. I used to do a lot of flathead trolling and with a cheap sounder was a very enjoyable, little craft to fish from solo.

Neil. It's a 34lb thrust 26" shaft saltwater model. Bought from Dinga.

The boat trailer and now motor has cost a total of $1400. Might have a look at a 4 hp motor for it later on. Mate Don't want the hassle of registering the boat.

It's all you need for rivers and lakes. Nice little outfit.
