jay power
hi all.first time post ,can report a good nite fishing nth narrabeen beach. got there about 5pm to check beach out it was pretty flat with 1-2 gutters.found deep water past surf club. started fishing around 7pm with a few small bites.then a nice tailor was around 35cms.things went qiute for a while ,then about 9.30 i sliced a fillett of the tairlor and sent it out.10mins later rod goes whack it felt huge, gave it some line and when i went to strike it ,it spat the bait. im fairly sure it was a big jewie.then put the other fillett on and sent it out.again a few minutes later bang another good hit. this time i had it hooked up. a few minutes later i had a salmon.it was about 65-70 length and weight about3kgs.over all a god nite ,nice weather, and there were a heap of fishos out there. cant seem to be able to post the photo if anyone can help it would be great
