Spring = Bass

With the world going mad and with my line of work going to work and dealing with Covid on the front line I finally got a chance to go to the local creek two mins from home and flick some little Jackall cranks around the tree branches the bass were on fire.

 

In the space of half an hour I had landed 8 bass with the hook straightening on a proper one. Slow rolling the cranks with the odd pause was firing the fish up massively. All fish released, too good a species to only catch once
