Quick Bass - Parramatta River

Hey Raiders, took my son for a quick look around the Parra River for some Bass. 

Sure enough, we found a small pocket of them, although not very big. Lots of fun regardless of size. Caught and released 9 bass, lost a few more too.

Caught using worms from our worm farm on small sized hook.

Left them biting as we had to go to a kids birthday party.

Tight lines all!

Nice work @kantong.  A Parra Bass is something I’ve wanted to do for a while. It’s not too far from me. It might well happen this coming summer, if I don’t get eaten alive by this newfound fly fishing interest…

It's good fun @Little_Flatty and hopefully with summer comes the bigger fish too. Now fly fishing for Bass, wouldn't that be something?

Catch one on Fly LF and it would be more satisfying.

Well done @kantong, looove catching bass and EP’s and certainly give a good account of themselves on light line and we’ll matched gear. They are great fun on lures (my favourite coloured purple and black).
