Subtropic
Cracking day today, temperature up around 28 degrees. The housework was done early and it freed up a couple of hours in the afternoon. I have never caught a drummer and today was my first try at targeting them. Swell was small at 1m from the south. Used a simple rig of running ball sinker down to the hook on a 12ft rod (3-8kg) with 20lb braid and fluorocarbon leader. By the time I got to Yamba it was 3:00pm so I decided for convenience to use bread as bait as well as burley. No drummer but did land this nice bream
