Birdy
Hey there, my GF and I have a tinny that we bought a while ago and we have only serviced the motor once since we bought it, all the way in Cronulla. Anyone know any decent outboard motor servicing locations closer to Bondi? A shitty little story to entertain you guys: We recently parked our trailer and boat on a quiet street near my house. The home owner adjacent to where we parked the boat had renovations done to their house, and the builders were ordered to move the boat to accommodate the skip bin and pickup truck. They pushed our boat and trailer into a no stopping location, got 2 fines and we have court in October... FML.

99FishingWorld
Unfortunately theres not many marine specialists out these ways, they all seem to be out west for some reason. It would probably be quicker and cheaper to DIY - I learned to service my own motor myself. Literally everything with my boat and trailer i've learned from YT. Remember you only need to learn it once, then you can do it on your own forever! Sorry to hear about your boat, I also live in the east it's a pain in the A parking around here but atleast we get easy access to Rose Bay ramp so i'm not too fussed. Im not sure on the size of your boat but having the wheels and hitch locked should make it harder to move. I once had a guy burn my boat cover, thankfully the the material doesnt catch on fire and kind of just melts like plastic, he used a lighter and burnt most of the straps off that attach to the cover. Funny thing I heard the guy admit to it while on the phone while I was inside the boat working on it. Very overweight miserable looking person. As soon as I popped my head out he DASHED off. That's a good idea, I've got a small 4 metre tinny with a tiny 6hp Yamaha motor (outboard). Are there any YouTube vids you swear by that you could link me? I'm young and not a tradesman so my mechanic skills are pretty limited, do you still think I'd have a chance managing to service it myself? Mann that's rough, hopefully one day karma will hit him hard, lucky your boat didn't get burnt to a crisp.
