TheCount
Son (25yo) rings during the week and says he wants to go fishing.. He lives/works in Sydney and I like on the Central Coast. Boat has been unused for 12 months but after a few nights of tinkering and making sure it’s still in order, we plan to go out this morning. Put in at Woy Woy at about 7:30 and burn off some old fuel and the 75 Merc stops coughing and spluttering after about ten minutes. We turn left in the rain, u-turn and then head over to the Rip Bridge and the ledge opposite Booker Bay. My Son spent most of the time on his phone but it was nice to have him there. For the record I got 3 undersized and thin flatheads (sent back of course) and my Son got zip.. Garlic chicken breast was my bait. I look forward to his next phone call, but the boat has to be serviced first.. Jeff. PS got back to the ramp and thought my trailer was knicked as it wasn’t attached!! 2 bays over, there it was though, all by itself. Much swearing later, reattached and headed home.. Weird…
james Cutler
Top report. Great going fishing with your son even though he brings his phone with him. Lucky with the trailer.
bessell1955
I wonder how the trailer got there?
Larkin
Can’t beat a day out on the water with family! I use a trailer lock - would be the worst thing to get back to the ramp and not have a trailer to get your boat out
